Maid Ready Cleaning LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides residential cleaning services including, but not limited to, deep cleaning, standard maintenance cleans, and promotional packages as described on our website. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and the terms set forth herein.
2. Booking & Appointments
When you submit a booking request through our website or via text/phone:
- Your request is not confirmed until you receive written or verbal confirmation from us.
- You agree to provide accurate address, contact, and access information.
- You are responsible for ensuring our team can safely access the property at the scheduled time.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, with notice provided to you.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand schedules change. Our cancellation policy:
- 24+ hours notice: No charge. You may reschedule at no cost.
- Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee may apply. We will inform you of the fee at time of booking.
- No-show / locked out: If our team arrives and cannot access the property, the full service fee may be charged.
4. Promotional Offers
From time to time, we offer promotional packages (such as "deep clean + free maintenance cleans"). These offers are subject to the following:
- Promotional terms are valid as stated at the time of booking.
- Free service credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time for new bookings.
- Abuse or misrepresentation of promotional offers may result in cancellation without refund.
5. SMS / Text Message Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Maid Ready Cleaning LLC sent through our CRM platform (GoHighLevel), including:
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
- Customer service messages
- Promotional offers (if separately opted in)
Message & Data Rates May Apply. Message frequency varies based on your activity and appointments. To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or call (555) 123-4567. Opting out does not cancel scheduled appointments.
You confirm that you are the account holder or have permission from the account holder for the phone number provided. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing services.
6. Payment
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. We accept payment methods as indicated during checkout or invoicing. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing with advance notice.
7. Satisfaction & Complaints
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with a cleaning:
- Contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a return visit to address missed areas.
- We do not offer refunds after service completion, but we will make it right.
8. Liability Limitations
We take care in providing our services, but please note:
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, fragile or improperly secured items, or damage resulting from factors outside our control.
- Please secure or remove valuables, fragile items, and irreplaceable belongings before your appointment.
- Our liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Access & Safety
You agree to provide a safe working environment for our team. We reserve the right to halt or refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe, unsanitary beyond reasonable scope, or if staff are treated in a disrespectful manner. Full cancellation fees may apply in such cases.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Maid Ready Cleaning LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Maid Ready Cleaning LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
